Construction Law

  • Represented contractors, developers and owners in bidding, negotiating, drafting and administering contracts for the construction, operation and maintenance of solar PV projects totaling over 500 MW.
  • Successfully prosecuted and defended claims in litigation and arbitration asserting extra work, liquidated damages, cost-to-complete and back charges between owner, general contractor and default-terminated subcontractor arising out of 2MW solar PV project. Secured $2.2 million judgment in favor of the firm’s client against owner and secured zero-dollar dismissal of all claims by default-terminated subcontractor against firm client.
