Irvin Reyes is an Associate in Lubin Olson’s Real Estate and Business Practice Groups. Before joining Lubin Olson, Mr. Reyes was an Associate at Andersen Tax where he specialized in corporate taxation, research and development tax credit studies, and federal and state corporate tax compliance.

Mr. Reyes served as a Summer Fellow for Yale’s Law School, Ludwig Center for Community & Economic Development, where he provided transactional legal services to neighboring nonprofits. Services included real estate development, tax, and corporate governance. Mr. Reyes also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable John H. Sugiyama in the County of Contra Costa where he provided support to the Probate Court.
