Judicial Clerkships
Mr. Reyes served as a summer fellow for the Ludwig Center for Community & Economic Development at Yale’s Law School where he provided transactional legal services to neighboring nonprofits. Services included real estate development, tax compliance, and corporate governance. Mr. Reyes also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable John H. Sugiyama in the County of Contra Costa where he provided support to the Probate Court.
He is a member of the California Lawyers Association in its Taxation section.
Before joining Lubin Olson, Mr. Reyes was an associate at Andersen Tax where he specialized in corporate taxation, research and development tax credit studies, and federal and state corporate tax compliance.
