Cruz Rocha is an attorney with Lubin Olson’s Litigation and Construction Law Practice Groups.  He is an experienced trial and arbitration attorney who represents clients in California State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Rocha specializes in complex construction, business, and real estate litigation, and handles both litigation and the negotiation and preparation of a variety of contracts.

 Mr. Rocha has extensive experience representing general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and property owners in matters concerning enforcement of obligations on bonds, mechanic’s liens, violations of prompt payment statutes, construction/product/design defects, professional negligence, delay damages, and contractor licensing.  Mr. Rocha also represents individuals and corporate entities in in disputes involving contract, unfair competition, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, and interference with economic advantage.

Mr. Rocha has significant experience advising on and litigating matters involving claims presentment, public contract law, environmental disputes, dangerous conditions of public property, premises liability, eminent domain/inverse condemnation, quiet title, nuisance, trespass, unlawful detainer, and land use cases.

Mr. Rocha is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and he received his Juris Doctor from UC Davis School of Law with an Environmental Law Certificate. Mr. Rocha is an active member of the California and Idaho State Bars. Mr. Rocha has been recognized by his peers as a Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star.
