Representative Matters

  • Obtained a dismissal of all cross-claims against a national solar contractor in federal court.
  • Represented a residential developer in a course of construction case and secured an arbitration award in the amount of the client’s entire demand.
  • Represented an affordable housing developer in a design and construction defects case involving the construction of an affordable senior housing development with 85 residential units in the East Bay and settled all claims before trial.

Angela Li is an associate in Lubin Olson’s Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, and Construction service groups. She specializes in real estate, construction, and development disputes, including disputes in the multifamily, affordable housing, and renewable energy sectors.     

Ms. Li represents developers and contractors in claims arising from defective design and construction, course of construction, construction delay, and differing site conditions for projects around the Bay Area and the United States. She has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating construction and real estate agreements at all stages of a project or deal.     

She currently serves as the chair of the Construction Law section of the Bar Association of San Francisco. Prior to joining Lubin Olson, Ms. Li practiced with a national professional liability defense firm representing real estate brokers and agents in purchase and sales disputes.
