Abram P. Petersen is Of Counsel in Lubin Olson's Litigation, Construction Law and Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights Practice Groups. He focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and business litigation. Mr. Peterson represents commercial and residential property owners, developers, property managers, commercial tenants, lenders, businesses and public agencies in a wide range of matters involving real property, construction, contract disputes, bankruptcy, eminent domain, land use, insurance disputes, class actions and professional liability.
Mr. Petersen graduated from Columbia Law School in 2007. While there, he was the Vice President of the Columbia Law School Trial Team and participated in the Jerome Michael Jury Trial Competition and the Harlan Fiske Stone Honors Moot Court Competition. He also served as a judicial extern at the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Mr. Petersen graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 2003 with majors in Political Science and Rhetoric. He graduated with High Distinction in General Scholarship (equivalent to Magna Cum Laude) and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
