Lubin Olson hosts the Real Estate Roundtable Luncheon with speaker Assemblymember Phil Ting on February 8, 2018

On February 8, 2018, we are pleased welcome Assemblymember Phil Ting to our Real Estate Roundtable to update us on the legislative horizon and happenings in Sacramento in 2018 and how it could affect the real estate industry, including his thoughts on Costa Hawkins, the recent push to regulate dual agency in California and other real estate focused legislation.  Please come prepared with questions as Assemblymember Ting will open the floor for discussion and questions from the audience.

Phil Ting was elected to the California State Assembly in 2012, representing the 19th Assembly District, which spans the Westside of San Francisco as well as the communities of Broadmoor, Colma, Daly City, and South San Francisco.

Informed by past roles in the financial sector and as the San Francisco Assessor-Recorder, Phil Ting has become a leading voice on California’s finances.  He now serves as Chair of the Assembly Budget Committee after having served as Chair of the Assembly Committee on Revenue and Taxation.   Assemblymember Ting co-chairs the San Francisco Advisory Board for ChinaSF, a public-private partnership dedicated to creating economic development opportunities by making San Francisco the gateway for Chinese companies looking to establish business operations in the Bay Area.
