Lubin Olson hosts the Real Estate Roundtable Luncheon with speaker Adhi Nagraj, the San Francisco Director of SPUR on November 15, 2018.

We are pleased to welcome Adhi Nagraj, the San Francisco Director of SPUR (San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association) to our Real Estate Roundtable. Mr. Nagraj was also appointed by Governor Brown to serve on the Board of California Housing Partnership Corporation, a statewide affordable housing finance and policy organization. Mr. Nagraj will speak about SPUR's Agenda for Change in San Francisco − focusing on housing, homelessness, transportation, sustainability and fiscal health.  He will discuss how SPUR is working with public officials in San Francisco and Sacramento to help us solve our most dire urban problems.

SPUR is a nonprofit organization recognized as a leading civic planning organization with an independent and holistic approach to urban issues.  In his capacity as San Francisco Director, Mr. Nagraj manages policies and positions, fundraising, city-level decisions and media inquiries in San Francisco. 

Mr. Nagraj recently served as the chair of the Oakland Planning Commission.  Previously, Mr. Nagraj was Director of Development at BRIDGE Housing, where he oversaw the development of over 1,600 units of affordable housing, including the largest affordable modular project in California. He also oversaw BRIDGE’s refinancing and rehabilitation of over 700 units of public housing in San Francisco as a part of the City’s visionary RAD initiative.  Mr. Nagraj is a licensed attorney, and a graduate of Brown University and Columbia Law School.
