Lubin Olson Litigators Prevail in Ninth Circuit Appellate Victory
Lubin Olson client Mortgage Guarantee Insurance Company prevailed before the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in a published decision, Countrywide Home Loans, et al. v. Mortgage Guarantee Insurance Company, Case No. 10-9956 (9th Cir. June 15, 2011), by obtaining a reversal of the U.S. District Court's Order remanding the case to state court.
