Jeff Kirchmann is of counsel in Lubin Olson’s Real Estate and Leasing service groups. He has broad experience in commercial real estate, with an emphasis on real property leasing, management, acquisitions and dispositions, brokerage, and construction.

Prior to joining Lubin Olson & Niewiadomski, Mr. Kirchmann’s practice also encompassed all phases of commercial litigation, from pre-trial through trial and appeals, including reported decisions in California and federal appellate courts.

Mr. Kirchmann has long been involved in pro bono work and community service, including 15 years as a member of the Planning Commission for the City of San Rafael.
