Lubin Olson hosts the Real Estate Roundtable Luncheon with speaker Clark Manus, FAIA, CEO of Heller Manus Architects, the 87th president of the AIA and a current Oakland planning commissioner, on August 09, 2018

We are pleased to welcome Clark Manus,  FAIA, CEO of Heller Manus Architects, the 87th president of the AIA and a current Oakland planning commissioner, to our Real Estate Roundtable.  Mr. Manus will discuss his perspective  as a  Oakland planning commissioner and on the future of development in San Francisco, Oakland and the greater Bay Area.

Mr. Manus’ experience encompasses a wide range of new and reconstruction projects including residential, commercial, civic, rehabilitation/adaptive re-use, performance facilities, academic and urban design plans in the San Francisco Bay Area and China.  Mr. Manus is recognized for his expertise in complex urban, mixed-use buildings and master planning projects, especially in difficult approval environments. He is a vocal activist for community design and advocacy issues affecting policies and planning that reinforce the urban fabric in San Francisco. In his roles as a design principal and citizen architect, Mr. Manus’ 40-year career has influenced the character of San Francisco’s built environment, most notably the Embarcadero and Transbay neighborhoods.
